Selective High Schools Tests on its way |

The selective high schools test is to be held on March, which means limited time remained for the current year 5 students to prepare themselves.
our students are advised to set up a manageable study plan in
order to succeed in the competitive test. In 2006 it is
anticipated that only about 1 out of 7 candidates might be
admitted into a selective high school. To keep all parents
informed on the training program and their child's progress,
the centre will strengthen contacts with parents in various
ways. |

About Year 6 Scholarship Tests for Private Schools |

The
independent private schools common scholarship tests will be
held in May. Most private schools use the results of the
common tests to judge a candidate's eligibility for
scholarships, while some other private schools run their own
scholarship tests on campus. In February, the Centre will
inform parents of the application details and the date for the
common scholarship tests. |

Parents need to contact those individual schools for the
details of their independent tests. Some private schools will
hold the tests one year ahead ( i.e. around October this year
), therefore interested parents should
keep themselves informed. |
